NIGHT RESIDENTIAL SKILLS SPECIALIST

Position Summary:
Position is responsible for provid ing care and close intensive supervision to all assigned clients. Tasks includ e: observing and reporting behaviors, group management, and coaching of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) psychosocial skills. Shift: 11:30pm to 9:30am.
Education/Experience Required:
-
Bachelor’s
d egree in social service or mental d iscipline OR two years of college course stud y in social service or mental health d iscipline or CADC I Certificate is preferred .
-
Work experience in relate
d field preferred (i.e. shelter, resid ential/d ay treatment, counseling, substance abuse treatment, etc.).
-
Prior experience working with at-risk female a
d olescents preferred .

d exterity permitting bend ing, lifting, stooping, kneeling and performance of physical restraint of ad olescent females.

Stan
Salary/Benefits:
$10.50 per hour plus full benefits.
