Outpatient Services
Morrison Child and Family Services was built on a foundation of outpatient services, and continues to serve more than 4,000 children and families annually through its outpatient programs. This program serves children ages birth - 18 years.

Early Childhood Consultation and Prevention Services
Consultation and training on general mental health issues and about specific children for child care providers and Head Start teachers, as well as direct services for young children and families served by these partner organizations, including assessments, individual and family therapy, and parent support and education groups.
Incredible Years
The Incredible Years, an evidence-based curriculum, provides weekly groups in which parents learn tools to address early challenging behavior in their preschool-age children. These groups are provided free of charge in partnership with child care centers throughout the Portland metro area.

Family Sexual Abuse Treatment (FSAT)
Group treatment for sexually abused children, ages 4 - 18 years, and their non-offending parents and siblings.

School-Based Services
Mental health services in schools, with special emphasis on children in special education behavior programs. Services include assessments, therapy, case management, and consultation for teachers.
Parents Anonymous® of Oregon
Child abuse prevention/family strengthening services, including free, weekly parent-led support groups with accompanying children's program, and Parent Support Line (503-258-4557) providing crisis assistance and information and referrals.

Outreach and Crisis Prevention
Works with families to provide short-term support and intervention for children at risk of going into crisis, before the situation gets out-of-hand. Services include school-based screening, case management, home-based stabilization, and service referrals.
